Pay Rate/Range: $17.95/hr
Description: Answer phones, document phone calls in a call log, send invoices from QuickBooks, Dynamics and Q Shred per customer requests. Will research and verify receipts of customer payments.
Job Requirements: Will be trained on the phone system, invoice process and verifying customer payments. Must have experience working with MS Office.
Job Type: Contract through the end of the year.
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
