Job Title: Administration Management / Personnel Support – Level I
Location: Los Angeles Air Force Base, El Segundo, CA

Position Summary:
The Administration Management / Personnel Support Level I provides critical administrative, and personnel management support the DoD program at LA AFB. This role supports military and civilian personnel actions, maintains personnel data and documentation, and assists with workforce tracking and coordination to ensure compliance with government policies and mission objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with managing and maintaining military, civilian, and contractor personnel records, organizational charts, and manpower documents.
Support onboarding and out-processing activities, including coordination of base access, email accounts, and mandatory training requirements.
Provide administrative assistance in drafting, reviewing, and tracking personnel-related correspondence (e.g., memos, awards, evaluations).
Maintain personnel rosters, tracking databases, and contact lists in accordance with government procedures.
Help coordinate scheduling for in-person and virtual meetings, briefings, and training sessions.
Assist in compiling and submitting recurring personnel and staffing reports.
Coordinate with Security, IT, and HR representatives for account provisioning, visitor requests, and personnel actions.
Ensure all personnel documentation is handled securely and in compliance with applicable DoD directives and privacy regulations.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting or directly relevant industry roles.
Proven experience managing complex acquisition or business transformation initiatives at the enterprise level.
Demonstrated expertise in business process integration, strategic planning, and project delivery.
Strong record of client engagement and executive-level coordination.
Experience managing project resources across diverse teams and industry sectors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Additional Desired Skills:
Familiarity with AFSTS (Air Force Strategic Transformation Support) task areas.
Knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle, Agile acquisition principles, and digital modernization.
Experience with organizational change management and acquisition policy reform.
