Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage Zoom meetings.
* Assist with Keap email broadcasts.
* Organize files and maintain digital records.
* Communicate with team members and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
* Provide administrative support as needed to improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask and think ahead.
