Why you'll love this job - Responsible for auditing, issuance, and updating of Flight Attendant qualification records in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and company policies. Additionally, this position will directly support the Inflight teams.
- This position will require you to work a varying schedule including weekends and holidays.
- This job is a member of the Inflight Training Records team within the Inflight organization
What You'll Do As noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations. - Support all initial, recurrent, and leave of absence training programs
- Build and maintain initial class roster for all training events
- Load applicable web-based trainings and exams, as needed
- Issue/Update Flight Attendant qualifications following completion of training, as needed.
- Preform audit(s) of all web-based training completion, issued qualifications and, training eligibility for all students attending training
- Work directly with Flight Attendant(s) to resolve issues with web-based training and class enrollment
- Assist Scheduler, Inflight Training with staffing training programs, and support monthly Instructor bidding as needed
- Support daily CQ forecasting, Comply365 form processing, and class creation for base expansion in coordination with Training Support
- Communicate schedule adjustments, overnight accommodations, and flight reservations to instructor team
- Flex to support additional duties, as needed
All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience - High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Advanced FOS knowledge and experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience supporting record keeping and qualification issuance under Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) guidelines
- Experience supporting a dynamic operation with shifting priorities
- Experience working in or supporting a call center team
- Knowledge of Flight Attendant Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement (JCBA)
Skills, Licenses & Certifications - Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Enterprise LMS, and DECS/RES
- Knowledge of Macro creation/usage in excel
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of Flight Attendant legalities and contractual obligations
- Must be able to meet multiple daily deadlines
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Self-directed work ethic
