Pay & Bonuses
- Base Pay : $26.25 - $27.25hour
- Overtime Pay : 1.5x hourly rate
- Referral Bonus : $100 per referral (no limit!)
- Performance Bonuses : Based on safety & delivery efficiency
- Retention Bonuses : Rewarded every 6 months
- Tuition Assistance : Up to $5,250/year

What You’ll Do
- Drive an Amazon-branded van to deliver 200–400 packages/day
- Use a company-provided phone for routes and scanning
- Navigate safely using GPS through residential and commercial areas
- Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs (with or without accommodation)
- Deliver smiles and service—on time, every time
- Typical shifts are 10 hours/day, 4 days/week (extra shifts available!)

Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid Hawaii Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle stairs
- Able to pass company-provided training
- No CDL required
