We’re expanding and looking for motivated, retention-driven Appointment Generator who delivers exceptional customer experiences and help us maximize appointment conversion rates.

This is not your typical call center role. We offer a no-stress, no-pressure environment—no cold calls, no high-pressure tactics—just warm outbound calls to homeowners who have expressed genuine interest in upgrading their bathrooms. Your job is to connect, educate, and schedule—and we’ll handle the rest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct warm, engaging outbound calls to pre-qualified leads—no cold calling!
• Provide clear and compelling information about our bathroom remodeling services.
• Set up high-quality in-home appointments for our experienced design consultants.
• Maintain a positive, customer-first approach while consistently meeting and exceeding appointment-setting KPIs.
• Collaborate with our Sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and maximize conversion success.

• Have proven success in appointment setting, lead generation, or customer service.
• Are highly goal-oriented, with a track record of hitting or exceeding call center metrics.
• Possess excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Can manage objections with professionalism and confidence.
