- Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support the Premier Program, one of the most critical digital platforms driving growth and transformation.
- Experience in coach for the Agile Release Train (ART), enabling teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align around value delivery.
- Ability to orchestrate program-level execution, managing dependencies, and ensuring Premier's commitments are delivered with quality,
predictability, and financial discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Execution & Delivery
- Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and other ART-level ceremonies.
- Drive program-level execution, ensuring delivery of Premier's prioritized initiatives and features.
- Track and communicate progress of epics, features, and capabilities.
