Job Description
We are seeking an Asset Manager for our client, a $20B+ global real estate developer!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic asset management plans to maximize portfolio value.
- Conduct financial analyses and performance assessments for portfolio.
- Support and report on all operations details including inventory and leasing for all assets.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and accounting teams.
- Manage relationships with property managers, tenants, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience within commercial asset management
- Ideally experience within commercial real estate (office, retail, industrial)
- Ability to commute into office 4x a week.
