Job Title: Bilingual Entry Level Set-up Mechanic 
Location: Farmingdale, New Jersey

Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $41,000 - $49,920 annually
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours:  5 AM - 3:30 PM

Bilingual Entry Level Set-up Mechanic Job Duties:

• Assist with the smooth running of company’s manufacturing and packaging lines
• Ensure all safety guards are installed
• Recognize types and location of all the equipment on the packaging floor
• Disassemble, wash down, and assemble back the fillers on all packaging lines
• Assist other mechanics on disassembling, washing, down and assembling back the filler equipment on the powder line
• Ensure parts are taken apart properly, repaired, and installed back without damage.  Report any damage parts to management
• Keep the shop clean and organized
• Show a desire and willingness to learn
• Complete all required training activities
• Demonstrate a commitment to the organization by maintaining regular, on-site attendance, act in a reliable manner
• Additional duties as assigned

Bilingual Entry Level Set-up Mechanic Job Requirements:

• Experience working with packaging line machinery
• Able to follow instructions from higher levels to perform requested work or support
• Ability to work as part of a team or as an individual and adapt to changes in work duties
• Follow OSHA Manufacturing Safety Awareness and precautions
• Comprehend and adhere to all pertinent Health and Safety Regulations, Policies, and Procedures
• Ability to handle 20-25 lbs. on a frequent basis from floor to chest high
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift, push, and pull product
• Okay with working around powders, chemicals, and allergens (peanut, tree nuts, milk, dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten, soy, fish, and shellfish)
