American Workforce Group has partnered with a family owned and operated a Truck and fueling company in Auburn, WA  who is looking for an Billing Specialist!

Job Description: Billing Specialist

• Compile necessary paperwork and sort for pricing
• Review BOL emails, enter and post BOL's, perform BOL import and any necessary BOL revisions, updates, and corrections
• Research issues with BOL's and provide timely resolutions
• Process billing, pricing, or invoices from other DSO locations
• Perform calculations or math as needed for customers and/or vendors
• Assist in any billing related issues that may arise
• Perform counter sales write ups and post batches
• All other tasks assigned by supervisor

Job Details:

• Pay: $21.00-$23.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Benefits Include:

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and 10-key preferred 
• Experience with Sage 100 preferred 
• Billing experience in manufacturing preferred 
• Excellent written, verbal communication skills preferred 
• Customer Service skills preferred 
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and pull throughout shift
• Some background restrictions may apply
• Ability to pass a drug test
