Description We are offering a long-term contract opportunity for a Business Analyst IT L2 in the Southern California area. The position will allow for a hybrid type work environment. Responsibilities - Collaborate with business staff throughout the organization to comprehend the business needs that need to be supported by information systems and technology. - Interpret customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that can be comprehended by the business developers and project team. - Develop and execute peer reviews of the business requirements and functional specifications to ensure the correct interpretation of requirements. - Evaluate how changes to the project will impact the business and systems and provide recommendations for the evolution of the system. - Maintain and ensure proper documentation, including meeting minutes, action item lists, issue logs, and system documentation. - Coordinate or perform testing of system modifications, including the creation of test plans, user scenarios, and test cases. - Work with system Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create/update project documentation. - Work with the Project Manager to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget while meeting business needs. - Participate in one or more cross-functional projects of high complexity. - Support upcoming vehicle launches and various service replacement part supply chain projects. - Communicate effectively with business users, project stakeholders, and the technical team. Requirements - Strong skills in Customer Service. - Ability to create and manage Documentation effectively. - Experience with Budget Processes in an IT environment. - Ability to Review and assess business requirements. - Knowledge and experience in Logistics. - Strong Negotiation skills, especially with Suppliers and Partners. - Experience in Implementation of IT solutions. - Willingness to Travel as per business requirements. - Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal. - Experience in creating and interpreting Charts and Graphs. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Ability to create detailed Specification documents. - Knowledge of Supply Chain Logistics. - Degree in Computer Sciences or a related field. - Experience with R Code is an advantage. - Proven track record in creating Business Requirement Documents. - Experience in creating Prototypes. - Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. - Experience with system Replacement or modification. - Ability to create and manage Test Cases. - Proficiency in creating Powerpoint Presentations. - Experience in recording and distributing Meeting Minutes. - Ability to handle system Modifications.
