About Us:

At Infinity Consulting Group Solutions, we are in the exciting process of scaling our boutique management consulting firm. We specialize in high-profile consulting offerings, including transformation, strategic sourcing, and interim management roles. We need business development professionals to help us grow and succeed.

Initially, we are looking for experienced business development professionals with a background in consulting/professional services sales to join us as contractors.

However, our vision for the future includes bringing on some of these talented individuals as full-time Business Development Managers, Directors, and VPs as our company expands.

If you do good work with us, we will do our best to ensure you are compensated not only now but also through future opportunities as we scale.

What We Are Looking For:

An excellent candidate who is experienced in finding, prospecting, and closing high-value deals autonomously. You should have 5+ years of experience in the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals independently.

Responsibilities:
Become an expert in the solutions we offer to enhance your selling capabilities (we will support you in this!).
Identify and qualify potential clients within organizations undergoing transitions, startups/scale-ups, firms with leadership gaps, and industries facing rapid change.
Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and social media to generate leads.
Schedule and conduct sales meetings, presentations, and demos with prospective clients.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the project delivery team. (Expectation is for you to be able to close deals individually after we stand you up for success.)
Provide weekly reports using our sales tracker to the leadership team on key individual sales performance (prospects identified, prospects reached out to, meetings scheduled, potential clients in flight, deals closed).
Engage in touchpoints with the founder/CEO and Chief Revenue Officer to review strategy.

What We Expect:
Ability to close deals with little or no guidance; a true self-starter.
Strong experience in selling consulting/professional services.
Proven track record of success in a similar role.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in business development and sales, specifically in the consulting/professional services industry.
Demonstrated ability to prospect, engage, and close deals autonomously.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Bachelor degree in business, engineering, or related field

Compensation: You will be compensated on a tiered, competitive commission rate. Payment is made once revenue is received from the client.
