Job Title: Business Analyst - Salesforce (SFCC) Location: Gardena, CA (Onsite 3 days per week) Compensation: $125,000 base salary Job Summary: We're looking for a driven and collaborative Business Analyst with deep experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and a strong understanding of ecommerce business processes. In this role, you'll help drive our digital and Mar-Tech initiatives by working closely with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable insights and improvements. Key Responsibilities: + Serve as the subject matter expert for SFCC, analyzing and improving ecommerce processes to optimize performance and customer experience. + Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions that meet digital and Mar-Tech goals. + Leverage your understanding of SFCC and native mobile apps to support and enhance the ecommerce ecosystem. + Work cross-functionally to document workflows, create detailed requirements, and ensure successful implementation of SFCC enhancements. + Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for ecommerce growth and optimization. + Provide clear communication and updates to all relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
