Job Title: ERP Systems Analyst / Business Analyst Location: Gardena, CA (Onsite 3 days per week) Compensation: $125,000 base salary + bonus Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced and motivated ERP Systems Analyst / Business Analyst to join our team in Gardena. You'll play a key role in supporting reporting and data extraction from our ERP system (Full Circle ERP/Aptean or similar) and helping drive business insights across enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities: + Extract, analyze, and validate data from Full Circle ERP (Aptean) or similar ERP systems. + Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize BI solutions and reporting enhancements. + Write SQL queries for data analysis and report development. + Manage BI/reporting requests and support tickets using JIRA or similar systems. + Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and decision-making. + Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate data from ERP/accounting/wholesale/retail applications. Requirements Must Haves: ✅ Minimum 3 years' experience with Full Circle ERP (Aptean) or similar ERP systems, focusing on reporting and data extraction ✅ Minimum 5 years' experience working with data from ERP/accounting/wholesale/retail applications ✅ Minimum 5 years' experience prioritizing and supporting BI solutions across enterprise applications (including integrations and reporting enhancements) ✅ Minimum 3 years' experience writing SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and report development ✅ Minimum 3 years' experience with JIRA or similar ticketing systems managing BI/reporting requests and support tickets Preferred Experience: Experience with Looker and data sourced from Snowflake Apparel wholesale/retail industry experience Perks & Benefits: ✨ Competitive base salary ($125k) plus bonus ✨ Work onsite in a collaborative environment 3 days per week ✨ Work with a supportive and growing team that values innovation and problem-solving If you meet these qualifications and are excited to join a dynamic and growing company, we'd love to hear from you!
