Salary: $21 - $22 per hour

Join our dynamic corporate events team as a Catering Coordinator, where you'll be the go-to expert for planning and executing exceptional catering services. From handling client inquiries to ensuring every detail of an event runs smoothly, your work will help shape memorable moments for our guests and internal teams alike.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the planning and execution of all specialty catering events, ensuring every detail exceeds expectations.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal departments, delivering clear, professional, and timely communication.
• Be present onsite during events to guarantee flawless execution and client satisfaction.
• Support internal communications and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the success of the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in the hospitality or events industry.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that typically runs from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with adjustments based on event needs.
• Exceptional communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with web-based ordering systems and the ability to manage client profiles, menu updates, and order changes.
• Strong writing skills for crafting professional, efficient emails to clients and stakeholders.
