Join Superior Beverage Group, a family-owned distributor serving Northeastern and Central Ohio since 1922. As a CDL‑A Route Driver, you’ll be the trusted face delivering beer, wine, and non‑alcoholic favorites to local retail accounts—safely, accurately, and on time.
Morning Kickoff
- Clock in for a Monday–Friday, first‑shift start and review your scheduled route.
- Complete thorough pre‑trip inspections and confirm manifests, invoices, and sequence.
- Load using material‑handling tools (including an electric pallet jack) and secure product.
On the Road
- Navigate with GPS and route maps to each stop on your established local route—home every evening.
- Deliver and merchandise product: rotate stock for freshness and presentation, and verify order accuracy.
- Provide outstanding customer service; calculate totals precisely and collect payments where required.
- Handle product safely and efficiently: cases around 35–40 lbs and kegs up to approximately 170 lbs (with dollies/handling equipment).
- Adapt to the elements—rain, snow, heat, or cold—while staying safe and on schedule.
Wrap-Up
- Return to our clean, organized facility for driver check‑in and end‑of‑day paperwork.
- Complete post‑trip inspections and logs; prepare for a smooth start tomorrow.
Compensation, Schedule, and Perks
- Pay: Starting at $24.00/hr and up plus a $1,000 sign‑on bonus .
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, first shift; weekends off.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Safe operation of company vehicles for local deliveries of beer, wine, and non‑alcoholic beverages.
- Completing assigned routes within scheduled windows.
- Professional interactions with retail partners at each stop.
- Product rotation and merchandising for freshness and display standards.
- Accurate cash/charge handling and paperwork completion at check‑in.
- Pre‑/post‑trip inspections, driver logs, and DOT documentation.
