Job Description

We are currently looking for a cleaning technician to join our team as a W-2 employee. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that commercial and residential locations are kept clean and orderly. This will involve performing heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing carpets, routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing, as well as organizing custodial closets and spaces. You will also be required to maintain the working condition of cleaning equipment, clean and sanitize bathrooms, empty trash containers, clean glass surfaces, and assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

To be considered for this position, you should have previous experience in housekeeping custodial work, be able to handle a physical workload, have strong attention to detail, be authorized to work in the USA, pass a background check, have a car and driver's license, and have a cell phone with data.

This is a part-time or full-time position with expected hours ranging from 20-30 hours per week. You will be paid $18.00 - $20.00 per hour and have access to a flexible schedule, as well as workers comp and Aflac Supplemental Insurance. The schedule will consist of 4 hour shifts, 8 hour shifts, and day shifts, and you will also have the opportunity to earn supplemental pay through bonus opportunities, commission pay, and tips.

Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing carpet.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks. Such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
• Organize custodial closets and spaces.
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms. 
• Empty trash containers.
• Clean glass surfaces.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in housekeeping custodial work.
