Property Manager – Luxury High-Rise

Full-Time | On-Site

$125,000 base salary + $4,000/month housing stipend

About the Property:

boutique luxury high-rise nestled in San Francisco’s exclusive Russian Hill neighborhood. This 13-story community offers spacious 2 and 3-bedroom residencesranging from 1,700 to 2,300 sq. ft., each designed with expansive layouts, panoramic views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz, and refined finishes. With only 39 luxury units, is known for its quiet elegance, private community feel, and premier address.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Property Managerwho thrives in a high-touch, luxury residential setting. This individual will take full ownership of daily operations, resident experience, and property performance—delivering 5-star service in one of San Francisco’s most desirable addresses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of building operations, including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, vendor coordination, and financial management
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with luxury expectations
• Foster strong resident relationships to maintain high satisfaction and retention
• Supervise onsite staff (concierge/security, maintenance, janitorial) and third-party vendors
• Ensure the building remains pristine, secure, and fully compliant with safety standards
• Manage rent collections, renewals, move-ins/outs, and Fair Housing compliance
• Prepare and manage operating budgets, capital improvements, and monthly reporting to ownership
• Represent ownership interests professionally while maintaining a resident-first mindset

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of multifamily property management experience, preferably in high-end or boutique communities
• Strong knowledge of San Francisco’s residential rental regulations
• Proven track record in team leadership, customer service, and operational excellence
• Familiarity with Yardi, AppFolio, or similar property management platforms
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPM or ARM certification is a plus
