Construction / Maintenance Technician
Location: Knoxville | Full-Time
We’re seeking an experienced  Technician with a strong background in commercial property and residential construction, build-outs, and maintenance . This role is hands-on.  You’ll handle everything from tenant improvements and structural upgrades to routine service and preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on building construction, remodeling, and commercial property build-outs.
• Assist with maintenance, repair, and improvement projects across residential and commercial sites.
• Monitor job site performance.
• Diagnose issues and respond quickly to service requests and repair needs.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify improvements and prevent downtime.
• Keep accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and labor hours.
• Communicate effectively with property managers, owners, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building construction, renovations, and commercial property maintenance .
• Strong skills in carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and general building trades.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems is a plus.
• Must have your own tools and a reliable vehicle .
• Ability to read scopes of work, blueprints, and repair estimates.
• Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel to multiple sites required).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
