Job Title: Corporate Litigation Paralegal
Job Overview:We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Corporate Litigation Paralegal to join our client’s legal team in Wilmington, DE. This fully onsite, direct-hire position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and is confident supporting complex, high-volume corporate cases. The role is hands-on, supporting attorneys in all phases of litigation, including trial preparation, and offers significant exposure to courtroom proceedings.
Compensation:- Up to $120,000 annually
- Overtime eligible
Work Schedule:- Monday through Friday, standard business hours
- Additional evening and weekend hours may be required during trial-heavy periods
Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Litigation Paralegal:- Support attorneys through all stages of litigation, including trial preparation and case management
- Prepare, organize, and maintain case files, discovery materials, and document databases
- Draft routine legal documents for attorney review
- Manage court deadlines and maintain attorney calendars with a focus on hearing and trial dates
- Coordinate, track, and prepare exhibits and other materials for depositions, hearings, and trial
- Provide general administrative and litigation support to ensure deadlines are met and case strategies are executed efficiently
- Act as liaison and point-of-contact for co-counsel during trials
Qualifications and Skills for the Corporate Litigation Paralegal:- 8–10 years of paralegal experience, preferably within a law firm setting
- Substantial experience supporting complex corporate litigation cases
- Strong knowledge of Delaware courts is required
- Experience with federal court procedures is highly preferred
- Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and legal document management software
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases concurrently
