The Role:
The Customer Success Advocate (CSA) is responsible for building strong partnerships with large-scale and strategic customers. This role will manage the day-to-day oversight of the relationship with the customer and is responsible for strategic planning, maintenance, and expansion and growth of CPI’s revenue derived from those organizations. The CSA will monitor the overall health of the accounts they work with and identify areas to build on the current use of CPI within those customers.
