Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:
- We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or another relevant technical field. This experience can include a combination of professional roles, internships, lab work, or coursework. You should have experience with one or more of the following: SIEM systems, network security tools, log analysis tools, cybersecurity principles, incident detection, analysis, and response methodologies, operating systems, network protocols, and security technologies. A DoD 8570 IAT-II certification is also required.
- Preferred qualifications include knowledge of system vulnerability analysis and security testing, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects effectively. We value candidates who can multitask, work both independently and as part of a team, handle pressure, and have experience with Splunk SPL searches and dashboarding.
Responsibilities: - In this role, I will provide technical support for security software and hardware, ensuring compliance with all security policies and procedures. I will actively participate in threat hunting and detection efforts, analyze malicious behaviors, and develop and communicate technical security reports. Additionally, I will advise management of security risks and perform required Continuous Monitoring tasks.
