Position: Data Analyst

Job Overview:
As a Data Analyst at Evolution Sports Group, you will play a crucial role in helping our company make data-driven decisions. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to identify trends and insights that will inform our business strategies. Your findings will have a direct impact on the success of our clients and the overall growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize large sets of data from various sources
- Analyze data using statistical methods and data mining techniques
- Identify patterns and trends in data to inform business decisions
- Create visualizations and dashboards to present data in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide insights
- Develop and maintain data models and databases
- Continuously monitor data quality and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis tools (e.g. R, Python)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of the sports industry is a plus
