We are looking for a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to help input, update, and maintain information in our company databases. This is a simple, entry-level role that requires accuracy, basic computer skills, and the ability to follow instructions. No advanced experience is required—training will be provided.
Enter and update data in spreadsheets or company systems
Verify the accuracy of information before and after entering it
Maintain organized and confidential records
Review documents for errors and correct them
Follow simple data management procedures
Report any issues or inconsistencies to supervisors
Complete daily or weekly tasks on time
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic typing skills (fast and accurate)
Good attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions
Reliable internet connection and a working computer
Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or basic data entry software
Previous data entry experience (not required)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication skills
