- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage patient records and handle confidential information with care
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow
- Handle billing and insurance processing
- Support patient reactivation efforts
-Enroll patients in dental treatments
-Be coachable
