CicKo Transportation (/sis-koh/) is an elite trucking company that specializes in tackling oversized, overweight, and non-standard hauling needs. Headquartered just outside the steel city of Pittsburgh, we are known as the team that can transport any load: heavy equipment, oil and gas rigging, intermodal and dirt moving machines, cranes, storage tanks, and everything you can think of in between.

We are seeking a full-time, entry-level dayshift Diesel Fleet Mechanic for our trucks and trailers. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on trucks and trailers.
• Perform minor repairs on trucks and trailers.
• Diagnose and repair wiring for lights.
• Fix air leaks in braking systems.
• Replace brake components including drums.
• Change and rotate tires as needed.
• Move trailers around the lot safely and efficiently.
• Shuttle vehicles to and from dealerships or service locations.
• Wash and detail trucks and trailers.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions (PA summers and winters).
• Previous experience in a shop or with vehicle maintenance
