A facility   near Lexington, Nebraska   is seeking a full-time, direct hire   Director of Health Information Management   to join their team. This position comes with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, as well as relocation assistance to those who qualify. See details below.

Director of Health Information Management   Pay:

• Salary: $70,000-$125,000 DOE
  
• Sign On Bonus: $5,000
  
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 to those who qualify!
  

Director of Health Information Management   Opportunity:

• Full-time, direct hire, face-to-face position
  
• The Director of Health Information Management will provide leadership and oversight for the Health Information Management (HIM) Department, ensuring daily operations, staff performance, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
  
• Manages HIM personnel by recruiting, training, scheduling, evaluating, and supporting staff while fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
  
• Directs departmental activities to maintain accurate and secure clinical information in alignment with the mission, goals, and objectives of the facility
  

Director of Health Information Management   Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or Associate’s Degree with relevant experience
  
• Two years of medical records management experience preferred
  
• AHIMA Coding Certification required
  
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required
