As an Education-to-Sales Consultant , you’ll use your communication and people skills to help families secure life insurance coverage. No prior sales experience is required —we provide step-by-step training, mentorship, and all necessary resources .

Speak with families who have requested information about coverage options
Conduct virtual or phone-based consultations to assess their needs

Follow company systems for record keeping and communication
Background in teaching, education, or other people-focused roles preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to learn
Comfortable working remotely and using technology
Must obtain a state life insurance license (we assist with this process)
1099 independent contractor role
