As an Email-Chat Support Specialist, you will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, providing timely and effective assistance through email and chat channels. This role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries, and fostering lasting relationships in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Objectives

• Deliver outstanding customer support via email and chat platforms.
  
• Resolve product inquiries, order issues, and general questions efficiently and professionally.
  
• Maintain clear and consistent communication that reflects Stello Foods’ commitment to quality and care.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
  

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries through email and chat channels.
  
• Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, and company policies.
  
• Track and document customer interactions and resolutions in the support system.
  
• Identify recurring issues and communicate feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
  
• Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all customer communications.
  
• Assist in updating FAQs and support content to enhance the customer experience.
  
• Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery follow-up.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in email and chat customer support, preferably within the Food & Beverages industry or a related consumer goods sector.
  
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  
• Familiarity with CRM and support ticketing systems.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage products is a plus.
  
• Flexibility to work in shifts as needed to cover customer support hours.
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  
• Customer service certification or relevant training is advantageous.
