We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative to help us connect with the community, organize events, and support fundraising initiatives. This role is perfect for someone eager to launch a career in community engagement, nonprofit development, or event management.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in planning, promoting, and executing community events and fundraisers
Build relationships with local partners, volunteers, and community members
Support outreach campaigns through email, social media, and in-person efforts
Help manage communications with donors and volunteers
Track and report on event attendance, fundraising progress, and engagement metrics
Contribute creative ideas to enhance outreach and fundraising initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
Energetic, personable, and highly motivated – you love connecting with people
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Tech-savvy and willing to learn tools for event planning, CRM, and social media
Previous experience in customer service, sales, events, or volunteer work is a plus, but not required
