We’re hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of high-impact events for leading brands.

We specialize in immersive, experiential marketing campaigns —from pop-up shops and product launches to live brand activations and interactive installations. If you're looking to kick-start your career in event planning and brand marketing, this is the perfect opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of live events , brand activations , and experiential marketing campaigns
• Communicate with clients to understand event goals, branding, and messaging
• Support event logistics including setup, teardown, vendor coordination, scheduling, and equipment management
• Provide on-site event support: guest check-in, crowd flow coordination, and real-time problem solving
• Help prepare event materials such as branded giveaways, signage, and promotional tools
• Collaborate with internal departments (creative, logistics, marketing) and external vendors
• Participate in post-event wrap-ups, including feedback collection and performance reporting

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• A creative, adaptable, and proactive problem-solver
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel for events as needed
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to learn
