Overview:
The Entry Level Event Coordinator assists in planning, organizing, and executing events while ensuring logistics, communication, and guest experience run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Support event planning, scheduling, and vendor coordination.

• Help manage guest lists, registration, and attendee communication.

• Prepare event materials such as signage, reports, and outlines.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

• Gather feedback and assist with post-event evaluations.
