Are you a compassionate, experienced leader with a passion for senior care? E.H. Bloom Retirement Center is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Executive Director / LALA to oversee the daily operations of our Assisted Living communities. Join a team committed to providing exceptional care in a warm, supportive environment. Will work alongside our Corporate Training Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of community operations, including staffing, budgeting, compliance, and resident satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with state, health and safety standards, and organizational policies.
Foster a positive and inclusive culture for residents, families, and team members.
Build strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring the highest level of personalized care.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless service delivery and staff development.

Qualifications:

Licensed Assisted Living Administrator (as required by state regulations). Must be a LALA or be willing to enroll in the LALA program.
Minimum of 3–5 years of Leadership experience in senior living, long-term care, or healthcare management.
Social Worker, RN, LPN or healthcare administration degree
Strong knowledge of senior care regulations, resident rights, and best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
A heart for serving older adults and a drive to lead with integrity and compassion.
