Your Role:

As a Facilities Manager, you will oversee maintenance across JHA facilities and other properties, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Oversee Maintenance : Develop and implement maintenance plans, ensuring efficient operation of JHA facilities and other properties.
• Project Management : Oversee and coordinate various projects, ensuring they meet budgetary and timeline goals. This involves collaborating with vendors and sub-consultants and managing resources effectively.
• Hands-On Construction : Lead some construction projects personally to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Property Management : Engage in property management activities to maintain and enhance property value.
• Fleet Management: Maintain the operational reliability of our vehicle fleet, implementing preventive maintenance schedules and addressing any issues promptly.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them, ensuring the safety and security of all facilities and assets.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience : Proven experience in facilities management, construction, or a related field.
• Ability to Travel : Occassional overnight travel to other JHA locations will be required.
