We are searching for a full-time Family Counselor to join our Reunification team! The Reunification program provides permanency services to children who have entered out-of-home care due to abuse, neglect, dependency, or delinquency issues. The program uses an in-home, family focused approach. Staff work directly with family members through case management and counseling to resolve the issues leading up to the family’s separation and to ensure the child can return home safely or find permanency through other family members, foster parents, or adoption. Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
