HIRING IMMEDIATELY – IN-PERSON JOB – ALVARADO, TX (USA)

Positions available: Full-Time & Part-Time

Pay: $13–$18/hr depending on experience

Language: Se Habla Español

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM | 5.5 Days/Week (including weekends as needed)

Work Environment: Cold — you will be working in 32°F coolers all day.

JOB REQUIREMENTS – READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING:

• Must pass a background check – No felonies, no exceptions.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable personal transportation (NOT dropped off or carpooled)
• Must be able to lift 50–70 lbs consistently.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for 10+ hours/day.
• Must be able to work in a cold environment (32°F cooler) all day.
• Must follow strict food safety protocols.
• Must show up on time, every day , ready to work — this is not a desk job.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Cutting, weighing, and packaging raw meats.
• Processing, cutting, and packaging fruits and vegetables.
• Heavy manual labor in cold conditions.
• Following all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Fast-paced, physical work – this is not for the unmotivated.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

• 90-day probation period.
• Paid weekly.
• Business operates 7 days a week.
• Entry-level okay if you're a fast learner and willing to work hard.

REQUISITOS – LEA CON CUIDADO ANTES DE APLICAR:

• Debe pasar una verificación de antecedentes – NO se aceptan antecedentes penales.
• Debe tener una licencia de conducir válida.
• Debe tener transporte propio y confiable (NO lo pueden dejar o recoger)
• Debe poder levantar de 50 a 70 libras repetidamente.
• Debe poder estar de pie, caminar, agacharse y levantar peso durante más de 10 horas por día.
• Debe poder trabajar en un ambiente frío (refrigerador a 32°F ) todo el día.
• Debe seguir estrictamente los protocolos de seguridad alimentaria.
• Debe presentarse puntual y listo para trabajar todos los días — este NO es un trabajo de oficina.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL TRABAJO:

• Cortar, pesar y empacar carnes crudas.
• Procesar, cortar y empacar frutas y verduras.
• Trabajo físico pesado en un ambiente frío.
• Seguir todos los procedimientos de seguridad e higiene alimentaria.
• Trabajo rápido y exigente — no es para personas flojas.
  
  

NO APLIQUE SI:

• Solo ha trabajado en oficina o detrás de un mostrador.
• No puede manejar trabajo físico fuerte.
• No tiene licencia de conducir ni carro propio.
• No puede trabajar en temperaturas frías.
• No se toma el trabajo en serio.

INFORMACIÓN ADICIONAL:

• Período de prueba de 90 días
• Pago semanal
• Negocio abierto los 7 días de la semana
• No se requiere experiencia si aprende rápido y está dispuesto a trabajar duro
