Job Description

Tygart is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support a Department of Justice (DOJ) office in Fredericksburg, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong front-end focus with deep expertise in user interface design and development and must possess a current Top Secret security clearance.

Key Qualifications:

• Senior-level UX/UI experience with a strong eye for design, usability, and user interaction.
• Expert-level proficiency in HTML, CSS, and SCSS, with a strong understanding of responsive and accessible design.
• Strong experience with Angular (v19 preferred), including component architecture and reactive programming patterns.
• Ability to build reusable custom controls without reliance on 3rd party libraries (e.g., Telerik).
• Hands-on experience working with RESTful API endpoints and integrating backend services.
• Solid understanding of JSON data structures for dynamic content rendering and service communication.
• Experience with SQL and database views preferred for data-driven applications.
