Position Title: Grade School Secretary/Receptionist - Anticipated Position
Department: Winthrop Grade School
Summary: The person in this position is responsible to staff the front office, serving as the school’s liaison to the community. They are also responsible for the professional management of all student information and use of the student information system (SIS) with strict adherence to all FERPA rules. Successful implementation of these job responsibilities must contribute toward the creation of an effective school, which enhances student learning.
Qualifications:
Date Available: August 2025
Hours: 8 hours per day (approximately 8:10 am to 4:10 pm)
Days: 200 days (175 student, 5 workshops, 10 days before school opens and 10 days after school closes - prorated ).
Deadline: When a suitable candidate is found.
PAY: Based on Winthrop Education Association Support Staff Agreement
