Job Type: Full-Time.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Some weekends as needed).

As a fast-growing company, we are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and dedicated Graphic Designer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Design & Artwork Preparation:

• Create and prepare artwork for DTF and Sublimation printing , ensuring designs are high-quality and print-ready.
• Optimize files for various products, considering resolution, color profiles, and print dimensions.

Print Equipment Management & Troubleshooting:

• Operate and maintain DTF and Sublimation printers , curing units, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical printing issues like color discrepancies, alignment issues, and ink flow problems.
• Perform regular maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly and minimize downtime.

Customer Service & Order Management:

• Handle customer inquiries and orders related to design, quality, shipping, and issues on platforms like Amazon , eBay , and others.
• Communicate professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.
• Process order adjustments, returns, and refunds as needed, keeping customers updated.

Social Media & Marketing Support:

• Design engaging content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to promote DTF and Sublimation printing services.
• Create promotional materials and graphics to support marketing campaigns.

File Organization & Workflow Management:

• Maintain organized files for customer orders, designs, and print jobs.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality prints, meeting production deadlines.

Physical Work & Team Collaboration:

• Participate in packaging, shipping, and processing orders.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and moving materials during order fulfillment.
• Work closely with the team to meet deadlines and ensure quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Graphic Design Expertise:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) with a strong portfolio of design work.
• Experience with DTF and Sublimation printing processes, including file management (color, resolution, vector formats).

Technical Proficiency:

• Experience working with DTF and Sublimation printing equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve printing issues independently.

Customer Service Experience:

• Proven experience providing excellent customer service, especially on Amazon and eBay .
• Strong communication skills and customer-first attitude.

Social Media & Marketing Skills:

• Experience with Instagram , Facebook , and other social platforms.
• Ability to create engaging content that promotes the brand.

Detail-Oriented & Proactive:

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality, precise work.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to tasks and problem-solving.

Time Management & Physical Stamina:

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with physical tasks like lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods (up to 50lbs).
