THIS IS AN ON SITE ONLY POSITION, WE ARE NOT OFFERING REMOTE WORK AT THIS TIME

• Manages projects from conceptualization to production, including but not limited to consulting with team members and management to determine scope of project, developing sample layouts for approval, presenting samples for customer approval, and preparing final layout for production.
• Review graphics, layouts and fonts before products are completed
• Finalize designs using image editing software
• Suggest and apply image improvements, like creating gradients and layers
• Follow deadlines to ensure timely publications
• Archive produced images and graphics
• Follow up with clients to ensure their requirements are met
• Keep up-to-date with trends in graphic design techniques and software
• Responsible for bringing digital presence to life, including:
• Developing creative, attention-grabbing social media content
• Managing all social media accounts
• Website development and maintenance
• Develop email marketing campaigns
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on various channels
• Managing schedules for social media publishing, events and happenings
• Developing POS materials, flyers, marketing materials, etc.
• Developing and executing marketing and social media strategies to increase our online presence and grow the brand
• Assisting other departments, as needed
• Work closely with management, sales, and production teams to maximize our online presence.
• Be in a continuous state of learning about new trends, platforms, and effective and creative digital content.
• Job will be primarily at corporate, with limited travel to tradeshows and other corporate locations
