Higher Education Administrative Assistant - $23/hr

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage Housing Operations – Oversee student housing assignments, billing, and inventory
  • Key & Parking Administration – Handle key distribution, move-in/out processes, and parking permits
  • Customer Service & Support – Respond to housing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Database & Record Management – Maintain accurate student housing and parking records

What You Need:

  • 1+ years of administrative experience in an office or customer service role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools
  • Strong communication skills for responding to student and faculty inquiries

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in higher education or student housing
  • Background in inventory management or billing coordination
