HRIS Analyst

Albany, NY

Fusco Personnel has been retained to recruit for an HRIS Analyst on behalf of our respected client located in the Albany, NY area. This position is a full-time contract opportunity.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the Human Resources team
• Fluent with Excel, pivot tables, graphs, and charting capabilities
• Must possess a high degree of personal integrity
• Data queries, reporting routines, process documentation, and process improvement recommendations that are sufficiently detailed to allow implementation
• Work efficiently with attention to detail
• Apply quality control checks to ensure a high degree of output accuracy

Minimum Requirements

• Must have familiarity with typical HR practices
• Experience working on human relations or other personnel-related data projects or process improvement preferred
• Experience in ADP highly preferred
• Improve functions handled manually pertaining to onboarding, offboarding, and training, including notifications to users

Position Details

• Located on-site in Albany, NY
• Temporary/Contract position
• Pay rate: $40.00- $46.00/hour
