We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Information Input Clerk to join our Administrative team. In this critical full-time, hourly position, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient handling of data and documentation. What You'll Do

• Input, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.
• Review and verify the accuracy of source documents and correspondence.
• Ensure that all information entered conforms to company protocols and standards.
• Sort, organize, and file physical and electronic records.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve discrepancies or clarify data.
• Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and presentations as needed.
• Adhere to confidentiality standards to protect sensitive company and client information.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or administration are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in a similar administrative or clerical role is preferred but not mandatory.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

25 - 29 USD per hour(CA)
