Job Title: Instructional Systems Designer

Location: Annapolis, MD (Remote) (May need to go onsite to meet the client once a month)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

• 4+ years of experience designing online curriculum for adult learners.
• 2+ years of experience conducting quality assurance on eLearning content.
• Experience designing SCORM-compliant learning with:
  • Articulate Storyline 360
  • Articulate Rise
• Experience using:
  • Vyond or similar video tools
  • Learning Management Systems (Canvas, Blackboard)
  • Microsoft Office 365 tools: Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and best practices for self-paced courses.

• Ability to:
  • Collaborate effectively with multiple Judiciary stakeholders
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Communicate clearly with internal and external teams
  • Accept and apply constructive feedback

• Design and develop new self-paced online lessons as directed by the Contract Manager.
• Revise and enhance existing lessons, including content updates, format changes, or platform migration.
• Utilize Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise for all training development.
• Develop training content with multimedia and interactive components.
• Attend regular collaboration and progress meetings.
