This is a sales-driven position with a base salary plus commission, giving you the potential to earn based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and close sales through outbound calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring strong, ongoing relationships with clients.
Educate clients on a variety of insurance products and how they can meet their unique needs.
Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets.
Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

Active Property and Casualty (P&C) or Life and Health (L&H) insurance license required.
Proven experience and success in insurance sales.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your time effectively.
Comfortable using technology and online sales platforms.
