Job Description

1. Full time bachelor's degree or above, graduated from majors such as art, environmental art, interior design, etc; Priority consideration will be given to graduates from the top ten art schools or those studying at prestigious universities with relevant design majors;
2. Good creativity and spatial thinking, independent design and hand drawing skills, able to independently create, modify, and proofread CAD and VISIO drawings;
3. Strong ability to withstand pressure, sufficient thinking, interpretation, and analysis skills for projects, able to communicate smoothly with the client, and independently report projects;
4. Having design experience in real estate model houses, sales offices, and other projects, and able to conduct style research and development;
5. Familiar with decoration materials, construction techniques, and good communication skills for plans;
6. Having a straightforward and decisive personality, with over 4 years of experience in interior design in the same industry, preferably with work experience in a well-known interior design company.

• ) Provide innovative and creative solutions for leaders and party A to review, supervise and guide the effective operation of the project;
• ) Independently complete floor plan optimization, spatial intention organization, and scheme design work for sales offices, villas, and other types of projects;
• ) Independently complete the proposal report work with Party A, with clear logic, insights, and feelings in the proposal report;
• ) Sort out the project story logic and elements;
• ) Independently sorting out the layout issues of the unit layout;
• ) Independently complete the floor plan design of the apartment layout;
• ) Sort out intentions and character design for minimally invasive new model room design;
• ) Design and create sample rooms for style replication projects, as well as innovative style sales offices;
• ) Assist or complete other tasks assigned by superiors;
