The Cameron Case Executive Search Group is working with an Atlanta or Chicago based law firm, who is seeking an Investment Funds Associate. This role offers exposure to a variety of investment vehicles while representing both managers and institutional investors.
Duties
- Engage in general investment management and fund formation work.
- Work with private equity funds, and hedge funds.
- Handle private credit funds, hybrid funds, and alternative investment vehicles.
- Interact directly with clients to provide strategic advice.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in investment funds.
- Experience drafting documents related to private equity fund management companies
- Solid understanding of the Investment Advisers Act and other securities regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Skills
- Proficiency in fund formation and investment management.
- Ability to work with various alternative investment vehicles.
