As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a variety of IT projects aimed at delivering innovative digital solutions in alignment with our strategic objectives. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while adhering to quality standards.
What you will do:
Lead the project planning process, including scope definition, resource allocation, and project timeline creation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as necessary to ensure project success.
Facilitate scrum master events, monitor project progress, conduct regular status meetings, and prepare detailed project reports for stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and best practices.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to guide teams in project execution.
Evaluate project outcomes and report on key performance indicators to improve future project implementation.
Create and manage the documentation project and project planning, ensure proper documentation for any scope of adjustment
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT or telecommunications sector.
Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from initiation to completion.
Strong understanding with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies (knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and/or other Agile frameworks is essential in the Tech industry).
Experience managing third-parties, external (B2B/B2C) system integrations.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus.
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure is advantageous.
Proficient in using project management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Postman – API tools).
