About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Junior Project Manager to support logistics and mobility-focused projects within the automotive industry . This is a remote role with a forward-thinking, international organization driving innovation in sustainable transportation and mobility solutions.

This position is ideal for someone early in their career who brings strong research and coordination skills, attention to detail, and an eagerness to grow within a project management function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and communication across teams

  • Conduct research and compile data to support ongoing logistics and mobility projects

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to track project milestones

  • Prepare documentation, meeting notes, and project status reports

  • Identify any project bottlenecks and report to senior team members

  • Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and analysis

Qualifications:
  • 1 3 years of project coordination or project management experience

  • Exposure to or interest in the automotive industry or automotive logistics

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.)

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup

  • Bachelor s degree is a plus , but not required

Nice to Have:
  • Previous experience supporting transportation or logistics-focused projects

  • French language skills (a plus, not mandatory)

  • Familiarity with sustainability or mobility tech solutions
