Description
We are hiring for a landfill gas technician with 6 months-1 year of field experience to monitor the landfill wellfield. This technician will be responsible for traveling daily to our largest landfill in Sorrento, LA and performing routine and non-routine maintenance. In addition to tuning the wellfield should be comfortable performing pump maintenance as well (pulling, cleaning/service and replacement). Will be trained on gas meters, pump rebuilding, and data collection. All PPE will be provided.

Schedule
Monday - Friday 8 hours per day, possible overtime
Will be offered the opportunity to travel to various locally in Louisiana and Mississippi
Paid training will be provided in Tennessee for 4 weeks (Lodging will be paid/covered in addition to hours)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
